About

Who answers, and with what.

Oolite Learn answers the questions people ask about the GLP-1 pill. Every answer starts from the prescribing information and the manufacturer's own studies, quoted word for word, with the revision date.

Written by DM

I am the one who read the label. I make Oolite, the GLP-1 tracker for the pill and the shot, and I write these pages myself. I am not a clinician, and nothing here is personal medical advice: when a question goes beyond what the label says, the answer says so and points to the prescriber or the pharmacist.

I read every revision of the labels the day it is published, and I rewrite the answers it touches. Each page shows the date its sources were last checked.

How the sources are checked

  • The first source is always the prescribing information approved by the FDA, quoted as written, with its section and revision date.
  • Numbers about absorption come from the manufacturer's own clinical pharmacology studies, as filed with the FDA and as published in peer-reviewed journals.
  • What people actually do comes from public forums. It is presented as what people describe, never as a recommendation, and never with a number.
  • Nothing on these pages is an average price, a testimonial, or a rating that was not read from the store.
  • Every page links to its sources at the bottom, and to the medical disclaimer.

The primary sources behind every number are listed on the sources page.
