Support
How can we help?
Write to us
E-mail support@oolite.app with your question, an idea, or something that is not working. If it is a problem in the app, your iPhone model and iOS version help us find it faster.
Please keep your health details out of e-mail
We never need your journal, your weight or the name of your treatment to help you. Oolite has no account, so we cannot see what you recorded, and we would rather keep it that way.
Your subscription
- Purchases are handled by Apple. To change or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- New iPhone, or Premium not showing? Open the Premium screen in Oolite and tap Restore purchases.
- Refunds are decided by Apple. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your journal stays on your iPhone. In Oolite, open Settings, then Data:
- Export everything (JSON) or Export as a spreadsheet (CSV) gives you a copy, any time.
- Restore from a JSON export brings a copy back, for example on a new iPhone.
- Delete everything erases what Oolite holds on this phone.
Under Privacy, in the same Settings, you can switch off the anonymous usage data. More in the Privacy Policy and in Your Health Data Privacy.
Common questions
- The reminder does not name my medication. That is on purpose: notifications, widgets and the Apple Watch only ever say “treatment”, so your Lock Screen stays private.
- The Apple Watch app shows nothing yet. Set up Oolite on the paired iPhone first; the watch follows it.
- No reminder this morning? Check that notifications are allowed for Oolite in the Settings app on your iPhone, and that a Focus mode is not holding them back.
Medical questions
Oolite keeps track of a treatment your doctor prescribed. It gives no medical advice, and nobody reads what you record in the app. For anything about your treatment, ask your prescriber or your pharmacist; in an emergency, call your local emergency number. See the Medical disclaimer.
