Feedback Draw Official Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase, including an Oolite subscription, does not improve your chances of winning. Sending feedback through the app is free.

The promotion is run by DISTRIBEA OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia (the “Sponsor”). You can reach the Sponsor at support@oolite.app. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc.

• You must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Open Oolite, send an idea or a bug report through the in-app feedback screen, enter your email address and choose to join the draw. Entry is free.

You can also enter without the app and without any subscription: send an email to contact@oolite.app with the subject “Draw” and your name in the message. An entry by email counts exactly like an entry from the app, with the same chances.

You get one entry per calendar month, no matter how many messages you send that month. Months are counted in US Eastern Time. Sending more than one message does not increase your chances. We use your email only to run the draw and to contact you if you win, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can send feedback without entering the draw by leaving the email out.

One (1) prize is awarded each month: a $25 US Amazon.com gift card. The approximate retail value is $25. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that month.

One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries on the 15th of each month, or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday. We notify the winner by email within 10 days of the drawing.

The winner must reply to claim the prize within 14 days of being notified. If we cannot reach the winner, or the prize is not claimed in that time, the prize is forfeited and we draw an alternate winner from the same month’s entries.

Before the prize is sent, the winner may be asked for a valid photo ID to confirm their identity and eligibility, whatever the way they entered.

The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply to the prize. Given the value of the prize, no tax reporting form is expected to be required, but the winner remains responsible for their own tax situation.

• The Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, abusive, automated or that tampers with the promotion.
• The Sponsor may modify, suspend or end this promotion if fraud, a technical failure or any cause beyond its reasonable control corrupts the fair running of it.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not liable for any loss arising from entering or from accepting or using the prize.
• These rules are governed by the laws that apply to the Sponsor, and nothing here removes a right you have that cannot lawfully be removed.
